PROCESSING TIME

Orders made at our website www.kleiandclay.co will be processed immediately within one to two days before dispatched to the shipping address.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Jabodetabek: 1-3 working days

Everywhere else in Indonesia: 3-7 working days

All orders placed on the weekends [Saturday and Sunday] and public holiday will be processed on the next working day once payment is made. Please keep in mind that delivery time may vary during public holiday. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Goods are shipped via the recognized carrier with nationwide coverage and a tracking number to boot.  

We cannot modify or add any products once you have made a payment confirmation in order to avoid mistaken orders.
